Many years ago, John Ivan Dozier and his wife, Wave, settled in Mill Shoals, IL to raise a family.

In 2022, their son Ivan Neil Dozier retired from a 40-year career at USDA-NRCS to take over the family farm on which he was raised.

Together with sons Alex & Wyatt, Ivan launched the Dozier Farms website in 2024 to continue to the Dozier family's agricultural legacy.
